The new German Network Access Ordinance (NZV) has caused modifications which mean that liberalisation improvements must be made in terms of, for example, network management and transport management. In addition, capacity products in the network and storage must be calculated, developed and priced. Our areas of expertise include gas transport and storage management and we can provide you with help in these areas.
Europe brings new challenges
Furthermore, gas trading and gas supply are about to enter the next stage of development: additional supply possibilities and various trading products require a new approach to these corporate functions. The same applies to fundamental changes to the duration of supply and delivery contracts combined with fewer possibilities for overall fulfilment of demand. In the area of network access,
the liberalisation of the gas market poses particular challenges to businesses, since many structures must be established and implemented. Under the conditions of Gas VV II (Gas Associations’ Agreement II) we have planned, specified and implemented network access, balancing and transport functions for traders and network operators and have introduced the first German Gas EDM system.
